We collect our own data, with more than 4,000 employers and 6,000 workers surveyed and briefings with 200+ HR, talent, and learning technology providers, and we bring that evidence into the room with leaders who have to act on it.

CEO & Head of Research
Ben leads Lighthouse's research agenda and is the author of Artificial Intelligence for HR, the first book on AI applications in hiring, training, and engaging the modern workforce, now taught at universities including Cornell and NYU. He hosts the We're Only Human podcast.
George Rogers
Chief Strategy Officer
George leads strategy, culture, and leadership development work, including Lighthouse Academy. He is the author of Champion Your Purpose and a keynote speaker on self-leadership, culture, and belonging.
