HR Tech Roundtable: A New Virtual Event for HR and Talent Executives

In the book Never Eat Alone, Keith Ferrazzi talks about the power of building powerful personal and professional networks: one person, one relationship, at a time.

One of the things that has been missing in the recent weeks and months for many of the leaders I’m talking to is an opportunity to hear from other senior executives. We often use live, in-person events as an opportunity to talk with other leaders, network, and build connections that we can rely on for future conversations, but it’s much harder to do that in a virtual format, so many events just ignore it and focus instead on the content.

That may not be a limiting factor right away, but scientist Ben Waber’s research shows that the longer we go between times of natural, organic conversation, the less innovative we become over time. That’s why it is critical to make this kind of networking a priority.

I am working with the team that puts on the popular HR Tech Connect events as a speaker for the upcoming HR Tech Roundtable. It is open to anyone who wants to join and hear the latest trends, but it also will have practitioner-led case studies and exclusive, private roundtables for HR executives to chat together and build those important connections we need to get our work done.

This event is sponsored by Kronos and Starmind already, both incredible technology players in our industry, to help bring education and networking opportunities to the HR executive community.

It is free to attend, and we’d love to have you participate. It happens Wednesday, June 24, 2020 from 2:00 – 3:30 PM ET | 11:00 – 1:30 PT.
